We do not accept insurance for services.
Many insurance plans offer coverage for psychological services. Please contact your insurance company to ask if you have coverage for “out of network” benefits.
To support individuals seeking insurance reimbursement, we can provide super-bills. Please check with your insruance if this option is apart of your plan.
We do work with a “Single Case Exception” or “Single Case Agreement”, to learn more about this option and how to advocate for this agreement with your insurance provider, click the 'learn more' button.
HOW LONG IS TREATMENT?
Length of treatment for individual therapy and comprehensive DBT alike are dependent on each person's treatment goals and treatment plan. During the first four sessions, you and your provider will discuss time commitment and outcomes to strive for.
For skills group only participants, it takes roughly 24 weeks to get through one round of all the skills. For skills acquisition we encourage folks to stay for two full rounds of skills, however, the duration and time needed in skills training depends on each persons needs and target behaviors.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. We provide Good Faith Estimates for services before your first session.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of all services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
